"Tagging" is when a Facebook user tags someone in a photograph in a Facebook photo album. The user will click on someone's face in the photo and enter their name, so that when another user visits the photo they will be able to see who the person is in the photo. Users can tag people in photographs even if the person in the photo is not on Facebook. People that are tagged that are already on Facebook will receive the photograph in their collection of photos on their profile.
